In the work on artificial regulation of precipitation, Russian aircraft such as An-12, Il-18, An-26, An-30, An-28, An-2 are used, equipped with technical means for influencing clouds and having airworthiness certificates. Airborne means of influence include generators permanently installed on board the aircraft, and generators fired from the aircraft directly into the cloud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 Ground means of influence:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 Ground means of influence include generators of ice-forming aerosols, which disperse reagents using installations located on the ground.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 To date, with the direct participation of the Agency, the following have been developed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">pyrotechnic ground aerosol generator NAG-07 and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.attech.ru\/?page_id=1183\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">NAG-07M;<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">liquid ground aerosol generator <a href=\"http:\/\/en.attech.ru\/?page_id=1171\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">NAG-07A;<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">fireworks type ice-forming aerosol generator <a href=\"http:\/\/en.attech.ru\/?page_id=1191\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">GLA-105;<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.attech.ru\/?page_id=1197\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Alazan-9<\/span><\/a> anti-hail missile and Eliya launcher for its launch.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 Aircraft means of influence:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">pyrotechnic cartridges <a href=\"http:\/\/en.attech.ru\/?page_id=1208\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">PV-26-01<\/span><\/a> and PV-50M;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">pyrotechnic generators SAG-PM and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.attech.ru\/?page_id=1219\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">SAG-26;<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.attech.ru\/?page_id=1228\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">SMK-0000<\/span><\/a> complex for discharging solid carbon dioxide granules;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a device for seeding clouds with hygroscopic powders;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aircraft systems <a href=\"http:\/\/en.attech.ru\/?page_id=1241\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">SAG-26V<\/span><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.attech.ru\/?page_id=1251\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">SAG-26KS.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 In addition to a set of technical means of influence, aircraft are equipped with a set of on-board equipment for measuring navigation parameters and the main parameters of clouds and the atmosphere necessary for making a decision, performing seeding and monitoring the results of impacts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 Table 1 lists the parameters measured by the mini-VCI, installed by the Agency&#8217;s specialists on impact aircraft, during operational and production work on artificial precipitation control (RPM).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Table 1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parameters measured and recorded using a mini IVK<\/span><\/p>\n<table class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"height: 571px;
