Weather in the Moscow region on September 13, 2025, was influenced by the southwestern periphery of blocking anticyclone centered over Kirov.<\/p>\r\n

From 5:00 to 7:00 AM Moscow time, Moscow and the Moscow region experienced partly cloudy skies, no precipitation, and patchy ground fog. Temperatures in Moscow ranged from +6 to +10\u00b0C, while temperatures in the region ranged from 0\u00a0to +8\u00b0C. The zero isotherm was at an altitude of 3,600 m, and the -10\u00b0 isotherm was at an altitude of 5,100 m. Calm and light southeasterly winds of less than 2 m\/s were observed. In accordance with the flight plan and based on the\u00a0meteorological situation, from 6:00 to 7:30 AM Moscow time, the following aircraft were scrambled from Chkalovsky Airport: Yak-40 \u201cMeteo\u201d (number 88164), An-12 (number 94396), and An-26 (number 10) to monitor cloud conditions in\u00a0the Moscow region and conduct active interventions if necessary.<\/p>\r\n

From 7:00 to 12:00 AM Moscow time, partly cloudy skies remained in Moscow and the Moscow region, with no precipitation. At 12:00, the temperature in Moscow was +17 to +18, and in the region +16 to +18. Wind was easterly, southeasterly,\r\nat 1-3 m\/s.<\/p>\r\n

From 10:00 to 12:00 AM Moscow time, An-12 (number 25) and An-26 (number 51) were scrambled to replace the previously deployed aircraft, also monitoring the weather conditions in the Moscow region.<\/p>\r\n

From 12:00 to 17:00 PM Moscow time, the weather remained partly cloudy and dry, with temperatures in Moscow ranging from 18 to 19\u00b0C and across the region from 17 to 20\u00b0C. Winds were southeasterly at 1\u20133 m\/s.<\/p>\r\n

In agreement with the customer, An-26 aircraft (numbers 11, 25, and 28) were scrambled after 15:00 Moscow time to maintain a meteorological monitoring until 21:00 Moscow time.<\/p>\r\n
