On the technical task of ANO «Agency ATTECH» is created and tested hardware and software system for mobile control centers Aerial active influence on the clouds.
Of software-hardware complex:
— The system interface with radar (laptop with special software);
— A system of data exchange and voice communications with the aircraft (a laptop with special software, the controller control, two radio Icom A-110 antenna base);
system-independent power supply (two batteries, a stand-alone).

Mobile control point includes hardware-software (located on the UAZ-66), coupled with the small-sized weather radar «KONTUR-METEO» and allows for the operational management of the work on the effects of clouds in areas where there is no possibility of weather radar information.
